What characterizes me is the personal contact, the attention to detail, my solution orientation, the responsibility towards customers and partners as well as the highest quality, reliability, discretion and professionalism of my work.
Born in Argentina, my professional career took me to Spain and Germany, where I gained experience in project management, concierge services and yacht chartering.
For more than seven years now, Mallorca has been my home and workplace, an environment that allows me to work with a network of highly qualified local partners. This gives me the opportunity to respond to any request quickly, reliably and efficiently.

Is there a minimum contract period for your services?
Not at all! We want you to feel comfortable with us, so everything is adapted to your needs and lifestyle.
How can I make payments?
We’ll send you a detailed estimate for complete clarity. Once you accept, you can pay via bank transfer or cash. For monthly packages, we also offer quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payment options.
Which areas of Mallorca do you cover?
Our base is in Palma, and we primarily operate within a 30-minute driving radius. If your property is further away, let us know—we’ll work together to find the best solution.
Do you manage both private and vacation properties?
Yes, absolutely. We handle both. If needed, we can also manage guest check-ins and check-outs to simplify everything for you.
How far in advance do I need to request activities?
It’s always better to inform us as early as possible, but we’re experts at making the impossible happen. If you have a last-minute idea, we’ll do everything we can to make it a reality.
